Got a dynamic line up my arm done by Austin H, the tattoo was accomplished to my standards which I’m grateful for. My artist wasn’t very warm and was making it obvious he was unimpressed with my “simple” design as his unintentional attitude showed in his process working with me and in some of the challenge trying to get on the same page with the nuances of it. He was overall unenthusiastic which was awkward to manage, I wish I’d gotten someone else who would’ve shown some care for my design. I wasn’t impressed with my experience, but it seemed like a good studio over all, other people in the shop around seemed kind and I’m glad others have great experiences!

My favorite shop in the salt lake valley, you can't go wrong with any artist you pick here Multiple award winning artists, fair pricing, and a friendly shop atmosphere. The shop is always clean, they answer the phones quickly and will keep you updated if an appointment change is needed. I recommend this place to anyone who asks about tattoos. They have a great range of styles but seem to specialize in bold American/Japanese traditional style tattoos. You won't see me go into any other shop! I tried to go somewhere else and ended up right back here to get the tattoo fixed.

Austin Murfitt has done a couple of tattoos for me that look great. He’s great to work with, happy to design anything you ask for. His style is classic and I know my tattoos will age well. Also Austin is a cool guy and always fun to chat with!

I’ve been tattooed by Ryan and Austin M and plan to get tattooed by every artist in the shop. I am an artist as well and consider Tiger Claw to be one of the very best shops in the state. Love this spot. Clean, professional, and very experienced.
